Job summary

Orion Placement in San Antonio seeks an experienced attorney to represent business clients in litigation from pleadings through resolution, and to draft contracts and other business documents.

You will advise on entity formation, governance, licensing, and related matters, while building trusted client relationships and delivering practical legal guidance.

This on-site role offers collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and client counseling skills.
• Law firm experience required.
• No in-house or solo practitioner background.

Responsibilities

• Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.

• Manage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, negotiations, and commercial conflicts.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain organized case files and timely documentation.
• Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts.
