The ideal candidate has 5+ years of private practice experience in commercial litigation, strong drafting skills, and Texas Bar admission. The position supports a flexible hybrid work arrangement and a meaningful partnership track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial litigation experience in private practice.
• Experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts.
• Excellent drafting skills, including dispositive motions, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and appearing at hearings.
• Independent and collaborative team player with ability to mentor others.
• Texas Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Handle all stages of litigation, including strategy development, motions practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Work on a diverse mix of business disputes, including contract, fraud, IP, real estate, creditor's rights, defamation, class action defence, and other commercial matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals.
• Collaborate directly with partners while maintaining significant autonomy over your matters.
