The Business Lending Officer II is responsible for developing, managing, and growing business relationships within an assigned market. This includes originating, analyzing, structuring, and servicing business lending relationships to ensure profitable portfolio growth. The position serves as the primary sales and relationship contact for business members, ensuring a high level of service, sound credit decisions, and strong relationship profitability.

Essential Functions: Business Development & Relationship Management
