Job summary

Unanet, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant to lead CRM implementation and advisory engagements for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) organizations. This is a business-led consulting role, guiding discovery and decisions while leading delivery across workstreams and collaboration with internal teams.

You will balance strategic insight with hands-on leadership to ensure practical CRM adoption, measurable outcomes, and client success across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting or software implementation.
• Experience leading CRM or enterprise software implementations with client leadership responsibilities.
• Strong business-process analysis and future-state design skills to translate strategy into implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementations and related integrated solutions to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors across business development, marketing, project delivery, operations, finance, and IT.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to understand client goals, requirements, data, measures, and adoption needs.
• Guide CRM solution design, configuration, data structures, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.
