Launch 513 is expanding in Cincinnati and is seeking ambitious individuals to join as Business Leadership Trainees. This role offers hands-on training across customer acquisition, sales, team development, and leadership.

Launch 513 is expanding in Cincinnati, and we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as Business Leadership Trainees.

This position is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional entry-level job. You'll learn how a growing organization operates from the ground up—developing experience in customer acquisition, sales, team development, campaign management, leadership, and business operations.

No previous management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching throughout your development.

What You'll Do

Your training will begin with learning the fundamentals of our business and client campaigns. Responsibilities include:

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions
