Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• A+ or Network+ certification or equivalent required.
• Knowledge through training in basic electricity and/or 2+ years in telephone plant operations.
• 1+ year IT training, certification and experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in data network troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Installs data networking equipment (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi APs, firewalls, cameras) to deliver hosted services.
• Provides IT consulting for PC/Server support, network security and cloud services.
• Pre-sales technical consulting and installation for security and surveillance systems.
• Supports equipment for business customers and maintains and repairs existing devices.
• Documents installations and repairs; coordinates with other departments.
