Job summary

InstantServe LLC is seeking an experienced Reports Developer to support reporting, data extracts, ETL processes, and reporting solutions for the Case Management System. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into reliable BI solutions and timely data delivery.

The role requires deep Oracle/ETL proficiency, PL/SQL scripting, and hands-on experience with BI tooling and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools.
• 5+ years experience with PL/SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
• 5+ years experience with structured system development methodologies.
• 5+ years experience building customer relationships and delivering solutions.
• 5+ years experience organizing, prioritizing, and following detailed technical procedures.
• 5+ years experience with BI tools such as Business Objects or BIRT.
• 2+ years experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• 2+ years Data Warehouse experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools
• 5+ years experience with PL/SQL scripting and Relational Database Modeling
• 5+ years experience with structured system development methodologies
• 5+ years experience building customer relationships, responding to business needs with urgency, and independently identifying solutions
• 5+ years experience organizing, prioritizing, and following complex/detailed technical procedures
• 5+ years experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT
• 2+ years experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• 2+ years Data Warehouse experience

Highly Desired

• 2+ years developing dashboards using Power BI and Azure Synapse
• 2+ years familiarity with Amazon Redshift and Tableau

Preferred

• Medicaid / FNS / SNAP reporting experience
• Strong SQL and experience with complex reports, queries, and data extracts
• Experience with large datasets, CLOB/XML data, validation, and audit strategies
• Production support and 24x7 on-call rotation
