Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager II to lead a BI team focused on delivering data-driven insights and reporting solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 8 years managing BI or analytics teams.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven experience using BI solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Experience managing requirements gathering, prototyping, user acceptance testing, and deployment of BI projects.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and web technologies.

This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 15-30%. Bonus amounts are based on individual performance. Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.
