Job summary

GBLI | Global Indemnity is actively seeking a data analytics professional to design, maintain, and enhance Power BI content across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, update metrics, and develop profitability and underwriting performance alerts for senior management.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office. A background in Property and Casualty insurance is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Programming experience in SQL
• 1-3 years' experience in Microsoft's PowerBI (or comparable software)
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical, data, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Property and Casualty insurance a plus but not required

The typical starting salary range for this position can vary depending on several factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and skill set. The full salary range for this position is designed to provide employees with the opportunity to progress and grow within their positions and reflects the competitive market value for these positions across the national market. GBLI, also offers a total compensation plan including bonuses for all positions.

Typical annualized starting salary range for this position:

$76,000 to 110,000

This range reflects base salary only and is not inclusive of bonus potential and other compensation considerations as it relates to the role.
