What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee the Analytics team in transforming data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
2. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle teams to understand business workflows and build metrics and dashboards
3. Manage analytics projects, ensuring the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualizations
4. Supervise data mining and analysis efforts to acquire and manage complex datasets from various sources
5. Present analytical findings and recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership to improve business processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field OR three (3) years of equivalent progressive practical experience
2. Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations and analytics
3. Ability to manage and supervise a team of analysts effectively
4. Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
5. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Advanced degree(s) such as a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
2. Experience in Database Administration, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Big Data, Business Intelligence, or Information Technology
3. Microsoft Business Intelligence Certification
4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
5. Membership in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
