We are seeking a motivated healthcare analyst to join the Quality and Safety Analytics team. This role advances performance improvement efforts by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and operational leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, strong data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau), and a demonstrated commitment to collaboration in a service-oriented, mission-driven environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and drive system-wide quality improvement.
Experience REQUIRED: Minimum 3-4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related fields. Skills in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI are required.
Experience PREFERRED: Four or more years in healthcare or university administration providing data analytics. Advanced experience with BI tools (Cognos, SAS, SPSS, Tableau) and SQL.
Education REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, healthcare management, or related field.
Education PREFERRED: Master's degree in relevant fields.
