Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; hospitality or sports industry preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R, and data warehousing tools such as SQL.
• Experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics.
• Proven business experience in the industry with broad experience in domestic and, business intelligence and marketing technology, revenue planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent and robust analysis to identify key insights from transactional level sales data sourced from point-of-sale systems and other sources.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Seek out and understand the core client and guest needs and assist in creating action plans to respond strategically to these opportunities.
• Work with the enterprise data teams to execute analytics projects that support all revenue-generating efforts including pricing and price optimization processes and strategies.
• Assist in the creation and rollout of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build client relationships.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 - $66,800 / year. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
