A Healthcare Education Academy is seeking a BI Analyst to join a growing team under the Director of BI & Analytics. The organization's technology teams are currently rebuilding their backend infrastructure, removing a database, and moving into a data lake house. The BI Analyst will help build new dashboards for this initiative. This role involves stakeholder interaction and is highly visible within the organization. The data sets will vary but will primarily relate to Marketing and Admissions, such as student enrollments, retention, and ad client conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

Remote but must sit in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York (excluding NYC proper), North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

- Bachelor's Degree required

- 1-3 years of Data Analytics experience

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Experience with SQL

- Experience with a Cloud Data warehouse (Microsoft Azure, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)

- Experience with internal stakeholder presentations
