This role involves building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. Responsibilities include developing processes for business intelligence, creating dashboards, and expanding our global IT-based reporting platform. The role may also involve mentoring report developers and collaborating with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate and relevant information presentation.

Essential Job Functions

1. Partner with business and technology teams to expand the BI platform.
2. Follow the software development lifecycle for BI projects.
3. Create complex t-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extracts.
4. Build dashboards and visualizations.
5. Mentor junior staff and review their work quality.
6. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience at an Analyst level or similar.
• Proficiency in building t-SQL statements (MySQL or MSSQL preferred).
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
