Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau - Remote US

This role is responsible for building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. The role involves developing processes and technology to distribute critical information and insights across the organization and to clients. The analyst will collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers to gather requirements, create dashboards, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Experience in expanding and building a global IT-based reporting and business intelligence platform is essential. The role may also involve mentoring junior report developers and partnering with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate and relevant information presentation.

Essential Job Functions

1. Partner with business and technology teams to expand the BI platform.
2. Follow the software development lifecycle for BI solutions.
3. Create complex T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries to extract data.
4. Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
5. Mentor and review the work of junior staff.
6. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
