Job summary

PRI Global in the United States is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead initiatives across Accounting, Payment Processing, and ERP integrations. You will translate business goals into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution with accountability.

The role requires strong PM discipline, budgeting experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively communicating with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience and ability to translate task lists into actionable plans.
• Experience with accounting and/or payment processing in large organizations.
• Ability to create project plans and budgets and suggest improvements.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to push back to ensure tasks are completed.
• Experience with ERP integrations (functional accounting/payment knowledge).
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependency trackers, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate activities across Global Business Services, Finance, Technology, and other teams.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Assess current-state and target-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support process harmonization, standardization, and operating model transitions.

Job description

• Strong Project Management experience, including being able to take a task list, figure out what is needed, and hold people accountable.
• PM experience with Accounting and/or Payment Processing in a large organization, including experience with Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order conversion.
• Need to create project plans and budgets, but if they have this experience, there is value in being able to suggest changes to the project plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to professionally push back on resources to ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Experience with ERP integrations (not technical, but an understanding of the functional Accounting and Payment Processing knowledge that is important when bring on supplier payment integration points)
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
