Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of comparable law firm experience.
• Experience with conflict checks, client intake, or matter opening workflows.
• Strong data integrity, research, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, and close matters in accordance with firm policies.
• Elicit and analyze key information from billing attorneys for new matters.
• Coordinate with Ethics, Conflicts, and other departments to ensure compliance.
• Draft engagement letters and manage document workflows and approvals.
