Holland & Hart LLP in Denver is seeking a Business Intake Specialist to support the Office of General Counsel with matter opening, data capture, and compliance across the firm’s intake processes. The role requires coordinating with Ethics & Conflicts teams and leveraging advanced intake platforms to ensure accurate data and efficient workflows.

You will engage with billing attorneys to collect necessary information, perform entity research, and draft engagement letters for execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or four years of comparable experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience in legal intake, conflicts research, or related operations is preferred.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Business Intake Manager and Ethics & Conflicts teams with departmental operations and scheduling.
• Elicit, capture, and analyze data from billing attorneys to open and maintain matters from start to finish.
• Navigate electronic intake systems, perform conflict checks, and prepare engagement letters for client execution.
