Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business insurance, broker/agency or carrier environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the MMA Dakotas Business Insurance practice and set vision, direction and priorities.
• Drive profitable growth, client service excellence, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead sales and operations teams, develop annual goals and track performance metrics.
• Monitor financial metrics, forecasts, pipeline, and producer success rates.
• Foster collaboration and cross-sell across MMA and Marsh McLennan businesses.
