This role partners with regional leadership, sales, operations, and carriers to implement short- and long-term strategies, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams toward strong client service and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business insurance industry.
• BA/BS focused on Business, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Ability to lead application of technology solutions in insurance.
• Proven ability to partner with insurance carriers.
• Experience interacting with senior executives and managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MMA Dakotas Business Insurance practice with vision and priorities.
• Drive profitable growth and ensure goals are achieved.
• Champion the MMA sales process across the team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and better client service.
• Partner with leadership to plan and execute short- and long-term strategies.
• Monitor financial metrics and forecast new business and retention.
