People Focused Solutions is seeking an experienced Employment/Business Immigration Paralegal to support a busy practice in Texas. The role focuses on Labor Certifications/PERM, H-1Bs, and permanent residency, with work on EB-1A/EB-1B and NIW cases.

Non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN) are handled as needed, with emphasis on precise drafting and client communication. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of business immigration paralegal experience, strong written/verbal skills, attention to

Formación

• 3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience required.
• Experience with PERM and I-140/I-485 filings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare PERM labor certification filings, including recruitment timelines and ETA-9089.
• Prepare and file I-140 and I-485 petitions for permanent residency.
• Prepare EB-1A/EB-1B and NIW petitions and supporting letters.
• File non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B/L-1/O-1/TN) as needed.
• Draft, proofread, and edit immigration documents with accuracy.
• Monitor USCIS/DOL/DOS case status and deadlines.
• Gather client docs, identify gaps, follow up as needed.
• Maintain client files and notes in the case management system.
