Trustpoint.One is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal for a long-term temporary role across its offices in a hybrid schedule. You will support employment-based immigration matters, work closely with Immigration Partners, and handle complex documentation and client communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business immigration, strong PERM experience, and an ability to manage deadlines and research independently in a fast-paced law-firm environment. Flexible 9–5 hours offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business/employment immigration experience.
• Strong hands-on PERM experience.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, documentation, research, and client communication.
• Strong writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skill.
• Hybrid - In Any of the firm's offices.
• Full-time; approximately 9–5 with some flexibility.
• Long-term temporary assignment.
• Supportive and collegial team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment-based immigration petitions, including drafting supporting letters and identifying required documentation.
• Manage the PERM process, including recruitment cycles and development of PERM audit files.
• Research Department of Labor classifications, NAICS classifications, prevailing wages, and consular procedures.
• Communicate directly with corporate clients, government agencies, and third parties.
• Monitor immigration developments and procedural changes, including AILA updates.
• Work directly with Immigration Partners on active matters and client needs.

Trustpoint.One has been exclusively engaged to identify an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal for a long-term temporary opportunity with a highly regarded law firm in any of their offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional who can step in and work closely with Immigration Partners while handling sophisticated business immigration matters. The firm offers a supportive, collegial environment, hybrid schedule and flexibility around a traditional 9–5 schedule.

What You'll Do:
