Job description

We’re Hiring: Business Immigration Legal Assistant

RSST Law Group, a boutique immigration law firm specializing in employment-based immigration, is looking for a full-time Business Immigration Legal Assistant to join our team!

If you have experience in business immigration law and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role offers the chance to work alongside skilled attorneys, helping employers secure visas and green cards for their employees.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions.
  2. Assist attorneys with PERM labor certification filings, including prevailing wage requests, recruitment tracking, and DOL submissions.
  3. Support employment-based green card processes, including I-140 petitions (PERM-based, EB1A, EB1B, EB1C) and I-485 adjustment of status applications.
  4. Communicate with clients to gather documents, provide case updates, and help manage expectations.
  5. Track case progress and maintain organized case files.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. BA/BS degree and at least one year of business immigration experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
  4. Willingness to learn and master the firm’s immigration case management system.
