Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney (Indiana License Required)

Practice/licensed in Indiana (may be fully remote). The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation, with potential responsibilities for other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Review and investigate personal injury claims.
3. Handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation.
4. Guide clients through the case process.
5. Gather evidence, medical records, and relevant documents.
6. Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences.
7. Assess claim values and negotiate settlements.
8. Collaborate with the legal team to prepare cases for litigation when necessary.
9. Attend training programs and seminars, which may be outside normal hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• Indiana License REQUIRED OR must have taken UBE in the last 4 years and willing to get licensed in IN.
• At least 2 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Ability to manage high-volume pre-litigation cases.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and regulations.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
