• Assess eligibility and prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies on behalf of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status, collaborating with client global mobility personnel.
• Draft and prepare letters and legal documents based on established precedents, and conduct research for client requests and projects.
• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
• Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation, and act as a source of advice and training to more junior colleagues.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines.
