Requirements

• Membership in a U.S. state bar or the District of Columbia bar.
• Experience researching complex immigration issues and formulating solutions.
• Experience utilizing legal precedents to develop solutions.
• Experience mentoring and providing feedback to associates and support staff.
• Understanding of immigration law requirements from a business perspective.
• Experience drafting and reviewing complex legal analyses and immigration petitions.
• Education: JD or LLM degree required.
• Certifications: Membership in a U.S. state bar or the District of Columbia bar required.
