American Power & Gas LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to join our on-site technical team in a fulltime permanent role. This position focuses on transforming data into actionable insights across marketing and sales, using Power BI, SQL, and Excel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

You will develop measurement frameworks, provide regular performance trends, and build predictive models to anticipate opportunities and optimize processes.

Competenze

• University degree or college graduate or equivalent hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in data reporting and analysis in a quantitative business environment.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau to report on KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, calculated metrics, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.

Mansioni

• Familiar with Power BI and data analytics and develop measurement frameworks.
• Represent Analytics in cross-functional status and reporting meetings.
• Provide performance trends reporting, forecasts, and insights for marketing and sales leaders and executives.
• Partner with internal teams to identify analytics opportunities and develop tools to improve performance.
• Design a data-driven lead distribution framework for lead quality scoring and pipeline management.
• Develop predictive models and proformas to anticipate issues and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize data workflows from sourcing to reporting.
• Develop and manage analytical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Determine data needs and how to store data to support reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Work with CRM, website analytics, and call center data to analyze the customer journey.
