Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related finance roles.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial planning concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to enterprise tools like Salesforce/OpenAir.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project financials with timely and accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Track and report on project profitability, utilization, and key financial metrics.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue and project-related costs.
• Consolidate actuals and assist in preparing performance updates and variance analysis.
• Build and refine models for revenue and cost projections using data from Salesforce and OpenAir.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards to support management insight.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of opportunity.
• Collaborate with the Manager and project teams to provide timely financial updates.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in financial systems.
• Support other ad hoc projects and reporting requests as needed.

Role responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting
