Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Business (F&I) Manager role located in Hanover, PA. As a Business (F&I) Manager, you will be responsible for structuring finance deals to achieve customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include presenting financing options to customers, managing extended service contracts and warranties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with sales and service teams to achieve dealership goals. You will also maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to provide a wide range of financing solutions for customers.
