Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Business Excellence Specialist to own the queue, triage requests, and drive repeatable operations across revenue ops, customer insight, enablement, and reporting. You will ensure requests land with the right specialist, maintain SLA adherence, and optimize the desk’s performance.

The role emphasizes owning the process, driving improvements with SOPs and runbooks, and coordinating across the team to maintain a clean, scalable operation with AI-assisted support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, program or project management, or a comparable B2B operations role.
• CRM power user with strong Excel and familiarity with work-management tools.
• Experience with a request queue or ticketing process, SLAs, and cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Run the Business Excellence service desk in Jira: triage, route, and track 75–90 tickets a week; manage backlog and hotspots.
• Handle account moves, CRM updates, inbound data requests, and ad-hoc data pulls in partnership with a lane owner.
• Own the operating rhythm: forecast submission, quota file distribution, and calendar discipline to keep processes on track.
