Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC in the United States is seeking a Service Operations Excellence Specialist to drive growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness across service centers. You will enhance service performance through reporting, process standardization, and system utilization.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the role focuses on KPI achievement, onboarding, training, and best practices across locations, with SAP BKU support and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• An associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, and/or Data Analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in progressive service support roles.
• Experience with Power BI or willingness to learn is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service center performance and KPIs to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support service center teams through reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead onboarding, training, and system adoption to promote standardized processes across locations.
• Serve as a Business Key User (BKU), supporting SAP enhancements and system releases.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and automation to improve operational effectiveness.
• Maintain service administration programs and assist with service planning and warranty processes.
