Job summary

• Knowledge of Federal and State laws, Randolph-Sheppard Act, and Business Enterprise Program regulations.
• Advanced observation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Arizona Level One fingerprint clearance card and current driver's license.

Responsibilities

The Business Enterprise Program Specialist with the Department of Economic Security's Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services conducts facility visits, inspections, and audits of Business Enterprise Program operators throughout Arizona to ensure compliance with health codes, food safety standards, and policy requirements.
