This role reports to the BEP Operations Manager and may be remote within Arizona, with three days in the office weekly. It involves facility visits, inspections, training BEP Operators, budgeting input, and documenting outcomes to meet state standards.

The Department of Economic Security, Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS) strengthens Arizona communities by bridging and minimizing gaps to employment and independence.
DES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Enterprise Program Specialist with the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). This position will report to the Business Enterprise Operations Manager and will exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment to ensure that operators/facilities throughout the state are managed in accordance with Arizona health code, food safety standards, and policy requirements.
This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (3 days per week in the office/hoteling).
