Job summary

Withum is seeking a BEA Manager in Burlington, MA to lead tax, assurance and advisory services for privately held firms. The role combines client service, leadership and deep tax expertise within a permanent hybrid schedule, working closely with owners and their families. CPA/MST/JD/LLM credentials and 6+ years in a CPA firm are preferred.

You’ll mentor staff, oversee engagements and help grow client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a business-related field of study.
• CPA designation required or an MST, a JD, or an LLM.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a local or mid-sized CPA firm or a tax consulting practice.
• Strong tax technical background and current on tax law changes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and technical skills.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills.

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
