Withum’s Dealerships team in Braintree, MA is seeking a Manager to lead engagement teams, supervise compilation and review-level financial statements, and collaborate across tax, assurance and advisory groups.

This leadership role requires a BS in accounting, CPA or MST/JD/LLM, 6+ years in a CPA firm, strong tax knowledge, and outstanding client service and communication skills. Hybrid work environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a business-related field.
• CPA designation required or MST, JD, or LLM.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a CPA firm.
• Strong tax technical background and willingness to stay current on tax law changes.

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
