Position Overview

In close collaboration with customers and under the guidance of Sales and the Team Manager, this role involves supporting the Sales organization and customers in advanced technical and commercial tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Interact with customers at all levels and work collaboratively to translate needs into actionable solutions.
  2. Maintain and update data in the SWEP CRM system, logging activities accurately.
  3. Handle product selection and quoting processes from RFQ receipt to order completion, including setting prices according to guidelines and discounts.
  4. Provide commercial and technical support to all customer types, including strategic accounts, and handle complex requests independently.
  5. Conduct SSP G8 software training and support its integration into customer systems.
  6. Evaluate material specifications and certifications, ensuring requirements are met.
  7. Lead quality audits and assist during customer visits to SWEP facilities.
  8. Coordinate stock setups, prepare new items, and analyze profitability and stock turns.
  9. Conduct customer and market research to identify new opportunities and consolidate relevant information.
  10. Participate in internal projects and customer-specific initiatives, acting as project leader when necessary.
  11. Support product phase-in/out activities, including data collection, customer approval, and setup of new products.
  12. Assist in strategic planning and business opportunity evaluation through financial analysis.
  13. Create and maintain customer-specific price lists based on negotiations.
  14. Manage field failure reporting and follow-up on claims.
  15. Provide training in your area of expertise.
  16. Represent SWEP at customers, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
  17. Stay updated on market trends and technological developments.
