Responsabilidades

• Instruct assigned classes at designated times.
• Plan programs that meet individual student needs.
• Create a conducive learning environment.
• Prepare class materials and show evidence of preparation.
• Encourage students to maintain classroom behavior standards.
• Guide learning towards curriculum goals with clear objectives.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques.
• Implement district's education policies and goals.
• Regularly assess student accomplishments and provide reports.
• Diagnose students' learning disabilities as needed.
• Maintain safety precautions for students and materials.
• Keep accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Assist in implementing policies governing student conduct.
• Be available for education-related purposes outside of class.
• Plan and supervise assignments for aides and volunteers.
• Maintain and improve professional competence.
• Attend staff meetings and serve on committees.
• Other duties as assigned.
