Global Business Development-Technical Sales

AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, managing shared services such as HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. Its four distinct units are:

  • EPSI – a distribution company serving the surface finishing industry across major global markets.
  • STM – a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.

FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets.

SBM – a commercial real estate company involved in buying, developing, and leasing properties.

Job Summary
  • Devise and implement strategies to enhance the company's overall commercial growth.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and utilize commercial management skills to capitalize on them.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with clients to optimize profit margins.
  • Provide regular updates and summaries of project progress to the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain reports on budgets, expenses, and revenues.
  • Manage commercial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Handle key account management and strategic pricing.
  • Develop growth strategies for new industries to expand markets.
  • Lead the E-Commerce strategy.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure raw material availability and timely shipments.
  • Work with Operations to quote orders at advantageous prices.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Business Development.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with project management.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry.
  • Experience managing a CRM system.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
