  2. Coordinate with Development, Technology, and Strategy teams to introduce new packaging solutions.
  3. Generate new business opportunities from existing and new customers.
  4. Develop business plans and strategies for adding new products.
  5. Conceptualize new applications and solutions based on customer needs, aligning with organizational capabilities.
  6. Build and grow opportunity and sample pipelines.
  7. Ensure smooth transition of new commercial business from Business Development to sales after the first order.
  8. Explore joint projects with group companies for synergies.
  9. Organize technical seminars with stakeholders to generate opportunities and differentiation.
  10. Implement stage-gate processes for new products and structures in the opportunity pipeline.
