The role requires 1–3 years of financial-services business development, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work outside the office at community events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of business development in financial services or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel and engage with community partners.
• Understanding of sales fundamentals and B2B partnerships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Develops and maintains high membership volumes from business partners and drives market penetration.
• Community Relations – Represents the credit union at events to form partnerships and sponsorships.
• Administration and Reporting – Maintains activity records and prospect pipelines, supports marketing materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
