Valid Driver License Required. Driving is required (mileage is reimbursed). Company car available at times. This position requires lifting (to set up events). Core business hours are Monday - Friday 8a - 5p, but other hours will be required, including on some weekends. This is a Salaried, Non-Exempt position, so salary each pay period, plus overtime is available as needed.
Enhances the quality of life for our members/team members by meeting or exceeding their service expectations. Provides information about the benefits of credit union membership to current and potential businesses and members. Cultivates new and maintains existing relationships with businesses and community partners. Ensures that businesses and prospective members are promptly and professionally served, including opening new memberships. Provides general information and cross-sells products and services. Cultivates relationships with those in leadership positions from a wide range of businesses in various communities to ensure goals are achieved. Participates in community outreach programs. Works with the Marketing & Communications Manager to achieve business and new membership growth sales goals and community outreach objectives. Significant time is spent outside of the office.
Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program at an accredited educational facility preferred or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 1-3 years of business development experience in a financial institution preferred.
