Federal Express Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Business Development Specialist to close net-new business in a defined geographic territory, develop value propositions and customized pricing, and position solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
You will collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive incremental revenue, manage proposals, and maintain relationships while traveling moderately.
Business Development Specialist
As a member of a sales team, the acquisition specialist is responsible for closing net-new business within a defined geographic territory (major and metro markets). Responsible for developing value propositions and customized pricing and closing business by positioning solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent (Equivalency reflected under minimum experience)
Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR two (2) years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Moderate overnight travel required.
Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify opportunities. Exhibit outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverage emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
$4,571.88/month - $6,481.77/month
This is a customer-facing role that requires regular in-person meetings. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of "Toledo, OH or Dayton, OH" or surrounding cities within the territory.
