We are currently expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking ambitious, creative Business Development Executives with a passion for growth and achievement. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with business development or sales experience to join a mission-driven organization and enjoy uncapped earning potential.

This is a full-time remote position, open globally.

Your Role

As a Business Development Executive,

You will:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to foster growth.
  • Handle leads from generation to close, including follow-up and client onboarding.
  • Engage with prospects and clients across multiple platforms, including social media and email.
  • Maintain detailed contact reports and client activity logs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to design tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will:

  • Be fluent in English (advanced level).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be creative, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Be proficient with digital tools (e.g., email, Zoom, Teams, CRM systems, social media).
  • Show a high level of motivation, tenacity, and focus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • A relentless focus on achieving targets and driving results.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.

  • Tenacity and resilience in pursuing business opportunities.
  • Basic salary + commission. (On-target earnings of £5,000 per month, after completing the trial period).
  • Full training and support during the initial trial period.
