Job summary

Amazing Care is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist focused on healthcare services to expand brand awareness and build referral relationships for our Colorado locations, covering the Denver Metro area. You will develop innovative outreach strategies that connect hospitals, physicians, rehabs, and other partners with our private duty nursing and pediatric outpatient services.

Collaborate with the clinical team to align staffing with referrals, represent Amazing Care professionally,

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric and adult private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies for both home health and pediatric outpatient therapies.
• Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike.

This role will focus on innovative and consistent outreach strategies that solidify referral sources for both our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business.
