Amazing Care Home Health Services in Denver is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to strengthen referral networks for our Colorado locations. You will drive outreach to hospitals, physicians, rehabs, and other partners for private duty nursing and home health services.

You will educate referral sources on services, align with clinical staffing, and participate in growth initiatives while representing the company with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners
• Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric and adult private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies for both home health and pediatric outpatient therapies
• Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist specializing in healthcare services to develop and enhance brand awareness and build relationships with referral sources for our Colorado locations. This role will focus on innovative and consistent outreach strategies that solidify referral sources for both our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business.
