Job summary

Amazing Care in Denver is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to build referral networks with hospitals, physicians, and other partners across the Denver Metro area. You will focus on healthcare outreach and brand awareness while supporting private duty nursing and outpatient services.

You will educate referral sources about home health services, coordinate with clinical teams, and help grow our programs. Weekly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners.
  • Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric and adult private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies for both home health and pediatric outpatient therapies.
  • Coordinate staffing availability with clinical team to determine referrals' appropriateness.
  • Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
  • Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist specializing in healthcare services to develop and enhance brand awareness and build relationships with referral sources for our Colorado locations. This role will focus on innovative and consistent outreach strategies that solidify referral sources for both our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business. This role will cover the Denver Metro areas and offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and determined marketer who is passionate about making a difference by highlighting our commitment to our mission of letting care and quality of service lead the way to the rest of the healthcare community.
