The Business Development Senior Specialist – Global Litigation & Trial is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development team. This role will be responsible for working closely with the Litigation & Trial Business Development (BD) team to execute the strategies of the various Litigation & Trial practice groups, while developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the firm’s market position, competitive landscape, client base, and bench of expertise in litigation. The role will be located in one of our San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Washington, D.C., or Chicago offices. It may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.
