We are looking for a highly motivated and English-proficient Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and connect with international footwear brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound lead generation using platforms such as Lemlist, Apollo, or Instantly, and will play a key role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities globally.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, especially international footwear brands and retailers.
- Reach out to new customers using outreach tools such as Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, and similar platforms.
- Develop and manage outbound email campaigns to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare presentations, product catalogs, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of outreach activities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities in the footwear market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably in the footwear, fashion, or manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or Instantly for cold outreach and lead generation.
- Proactive, result-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
