Black-Dragon-Capital in South Florida is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our youth sports program by building relationships with leagues, clubs, coaches, and program directors. This role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, generating leads, and developing long-term relationships within the youth sports community.

We areseekinga motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to help grow our youth sports business by building relationships with youth sports organizations, leagues, clubs, coaches, teams, and program directors. This role will focus onidentifyingnew partnership and business opportunities, generating leads, and developing long-term relationships within the youth sports community.
Identifyand develop relationships withyouth sports leagues, clubs, teams, tournaments, coaches, and athletic organizations.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, networking, events, referrals, and industry research.
Build andmaintaina strong pipelineofprospective youth sports organizations and teams.
Conduct outreach and presentations to explain our programs, services, partnerships, and valueproposition.
Develop strategic partnerships that increase participation, enrollment, revenue, and brand awareness.
Manage prospects throughout theacquisitioncycle, frominitialoutreach through negotiation andclosing.
Maintainaccuraterecords of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, andacquisitionactivity inthe dashboard.
Attend youth sports events, tournaments,showcases, and industry gatherings to develop relationships andidentifyopportunities.
Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to execute partnership and growth initiatives.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned business development and revenue goals.
4+ years of experience inbusiness development, sales, partnerships, or account management; youth sports experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the youth sports ecosystem and relationships with coaches, league directors, club owners, or sports organizations is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable with proactive outreach and cold prospecting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience usingdashboardsandacquisitiontools preferred.
Willingness to travel locally and attend sporting events, tournaments, and industry functions as needed.
