Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Identify, research, and qualify brands managing their own fulfillment operations, adding 10+ high‑potential WMS prospects to your pipeline daily.
- Proactive Outreach: Execute a high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach strategy (cold calls, emails, and social selling) including 40+ dials, 5+ quality connections, and 25+ minutes of call time per day — targeting warehouse ops leaders, supply chain directors, and 3PL operators.
- Strategic Prospecting: Leverage LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases to identify brands that are strong fits for ShipBob WMS, focusing on beauty, health & wellness, food & beverage, and home goods verticals.
- Engage Decision‑Makers: Connect with key stakeholders to understand their current warehouse operations, identify pain points, and determine alignment with ShipBob’s WMS solution.
- Advocate & Advise: Use a consultative approach to uncover non‑traditional opportunities and make thoughtful recommendations — this role requires real problem‑solving, not just pitch delivery.
- Collaborate for Success: Schedule qualified demos for WMS Account Executives and help drive deals forward through strategic collaboration.
- Own the Metrics: Meet and exceed daily activity benchmarks and contribute consistently to monthly and annual WMS revenue goals.
- Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on the WMS competitive landscape, industry trends, and evolving enterprise needs to sharpen your outreach strategy and messaging.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

- A high degree of diligence, accountability, and self‑direction.
- Comfortable in a competitive environment, with evidence of personal ambition.
- Relentless persistence in the face of daily rejection and delays.
- An aptitude for research and understanding data.
